REVIEW FREQUENCY

How Often Should a Fire Risk Assessment Be Reviewed?

Fire Risk Assessments must remain up to date and reflect changes within your workplace. A full assessment should be completed at least every three years, although annual reviews are strongly recommended.

An immediate review is required following renovations, layout changes, new equipment or hazardous substances, staffing changes, or after a fire incident or near miss.
